I have about 8 years of experience caring for dogs and 1 year of experience caring for a cat. I genuinely love animals and enjoy making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I work from home, which allows me to provide plenty of attention throughout the day and keep a close eye on the pets in my care. I’m happy to follow your pet’s normal routine and accommodate any special care or instructions they may need. I also provide regular photo updates so you can see how your pet is doing and have peace of mind while you’re away. My goal is to make every pet feel comfortable and cared for while giving their owners a dependable and stress-free experience.

Steven is great with pets based on pet judge of character! Not only does he love them, but they love him too. When he's with my dog, who is not qualified to be a lap dog due to his size, my dog still tries to curl up with him because of all the attention Steven gives. Even though my dog is typically anxious when I am gone, Steven makes it seem like I never left because of how caring and attentive he is.
I've known Steven for most of my life. He is great with all animals animals. Super patient, pays attention to the little things, and the pets seem to get along with him right away. I've had Steven watch my own pets and always come home to happy, well-taken-care-of animals. If you need a pet sitter, Steven would be a great candidate.

Schedule
I work from home, so pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. Being home throughout the day allows me to provide plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, walks, feeding, playtime, and companionship. My schedule is flexible, so I can easily accommodate your pet’s normal routine and any special care instructions. Since I’m home most of the day, your pet won’t be left alone for long periods and will receive plenty of care and attention during their stay.

Communication is also important to me, so I provide regular photos and updates to help you feel comfortable knowing your pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.

A typical day
With a big yard, there’s plenty of space for dogs to play, explore, and get some exercise! Depending on your pet’s personality and energy level, activities can include fetch, running and playtime, sniffing and exploring, outdoor toys, basic training games, and plenty of time relaxing outside. I tailor activities to each pet’s age, energy level, and needs. Whether your dog loves chasing a ball or would rather lounge outside and enjoy the fresh air, I want them to feel comfortable and have fun during their stay.

- Before your pet’s stay, I’d love to learn a little about their personality, routine, and individual needs. Please let me know their normal feeding and potty schedule, activity level, favorite activities, and any medications, allergies, health considerations, or special care instructions. I’d also like to know how they interact with other dogs, cats, and new people, as well as any behavioral concerns such as separation anxiety, chewing, digging, jumping, resource guarding, or attempts to escape. Please share anything that may make your pet nervous or uncomfortable, including storms, loud noises, crates, or being left alone. Knowing their usual sleeping arrangements, commands, house rules, and favorite treats or toys also helps me make their stay feel as comfortable and familiar as possible.
