Steve, Keely, and their dog Sabra were warm and welcoming to Nyla. They were responsive each time we reached out, sent plenty of updates, and were diligent in following the care instructions we provided. We were very comforted that our dog was so well cared for by them and would recommend them to anyone in need of a sitter.

Steve is awesome! He’s so nice and really knows his stuff when it comes to dogs. He sent lots of photos and kept us updated throughout the stay, which made me feel great while Mango was with him. Mango had a really good time and came home happy and tired. We’ll definitely be booking with Steve again!
Steve and Keely took amazing care of my 11-month old black lab Rain. Their lab Sabra and Rain became fast friends and played together constantly during her 2-day stay. Rain had plenty of room inside and had daily walks and outside time as well. Steve sent me photos and updates throughout her stay. I have already rebooked with Steve for a weeklong trip I am taking next week. I can’t recommend him enough.

Schedule
Because I much prefer to care for animals than greet customers at a WalMart, I joined Rover as my retirement job :) It's a great way to pursue my love for dogs and cats. l'm almost always available with a little notice.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
My home is open to your dog. Jump up on the couch, sleep on the bed, no problem unless you prefer a more structured environment and routine. Your dog will be one of the family here and will have company most all of the time. I also offer a very nice space for cats or for dogs that do not get along well with others. Not a cage or kennel but a finished 20x20 heated and furnished room in my barn loft where we can play and visit one on one.
Pets
A typical day
Fetch, tug of war, walks, trail hiking (weather permitting) and lots of petting are always on the menu. I love to romp and wrestle with larger dogs.
