We adopted Beef less than a week before I had to go on a weeklong work trip. We did not know that Beef was apprehensive around people and other dogs. We ended up having to change the plan several times because She wouldn't go back in a crate, was very hesitant to let people in, and other issues. Sterling was patient and accommodating. Ultimately, my husband ended up taking off work for the week but Sterling still came over to visit to help get Beef used to new people and having others handle him beside us. He started his training academy this week and we've been told he's doing so much better around meeting new people and is even starting to tolerate dogs now too. I feel like Sterling's willinness to do something out of the ordinary and just come over to basically be a guinea pig for a new dog lol was great and I feel like it helped start to transition him into his success at training now. Will definitely use again when needed and hopefully by then, Beef will be more acclimated and they can have a more normal visit and fun instead of working around Beef's fear.

Sterling was the absolute best! 10/10 recommend him to anyone looking for someone to care for their pets. He watched all five of our animals and kept in contact the entire time, sending us pictures and videos every day. You could tell all of the animals absolutely loved him and were so comfortable with him. We had zero worries while we were away knowing they were in such good hands. We will definitely be using Sterling again in the future!

Sterling was great and took great care of Moose and made sure to take pictures and videos for me.

Sterling was polite, professional and a blessing to all of us (pups included) as I recovered from surgery and could not walk my babies. Always prompt, we received timely communication throughout his period of service. We will definitely request Sterling again. My girls will miss him!

Sterling went above and beyond during a particularly difficult situation with one of our cats. His patience, kindness, and professionalism were exceptional, and he continued to prioritize our pet's well-being throughout the experience. We were impressed by his calm demeanor and dedication, and we're so thankful for the care he provided. We highly recommend him.
