We just completed a long stay while we were abroad for nearly 2 weeks. Before leaving, Tyrion started having stomach issues right before our trip and had a new medication. Mr. Steve was very accommodating and gave updates on Tyrion throughout our being away. Mr. Steve was great and sent photos of his dog, Sadie, playing with Tyrion. Now that Sadie is gone, Tyrion definitely misses her!

Our family faced the challenge of leaving our beloved pets, including a dog with health issues requiring medication three times daily, in someone's care while we were away. Fortunately, we found Stephen, whose attentive and compassionate service exceeded all our expectations. Upon returning from our vacation, it was heartwarming to see our dogs not only healthy but also visibly joyful. Stephen extended the same exceptional care to our cats and guinea pigs, ensuring that all our pets were comfortable and well-attended. Moreover, Stephen demonstrated remarkable diligence beyond pet care by maintaining our home, watering the yard, taking care of the garden, and managing the trash bins. When he noticed a malfunction with one of our ceiling fan/lights, he even took the initiative to replace the remote batteries and attempted repairs. His proactive approach and willingness to go the extra mile greatly impressed us. Stephen’s kind-heartedness and dedication to both pet and house care make him an outstanding choice for anyone in need of a reliable pet or house sitter. We wholeheartedly appreciate his efforts and enthusiastically recommend his services.
