Pet care experience

I have been a dog owner since I was 5 and for then past 37 years I have had primarily beagles along with one Vizsla with typically 2 at any given time. Our last beagle Charlie passed away a few months ago and while we would like the freedom having no pet allows us we miss the company and unconditional love they offer us. My wife worked as a vet tech for 10 years so we are comfortable administering meds and I have been pretty successful with training pups (yes even beagles).

Stephen and Shirley were very welcoming to Enzo and I when we arrived. I checked on while we were gone and they said he was having a good time and well behaved. I was late to pick him up but Stephen said there was no rush, which was great to hear. I will definitely use them in the future if we need daycare! I recommend them fully.

I’ve been watching dogs and cats on Rover for many years. I’ve also used it myself many times for my cat. I can’t think of better people to watch my pet than my parents. They recently lost their dog and decided to not get another one so they can travel more. My dad loves dogs more than anyone I know. I tell all my friends he’s a dog whisperer. My mom is a former vet tech and is very experienced with administrating meds and loves taking long walks. Their house is perfect for dogs, especially if they enjoy the water.
