I cannot recommend Steve enough! He is reliable, responsible, and truly care for every pet as if it were their own. I had complete peace of mind knowing my dog was in such capable hands. If you’re looking for someone trustworthy, caring, and professional, they are absolutely the best choice!
To say that Steve is a dog lover would be a gross understatement. For the past 10 years that we have been good friends (after our boys meet playing flag football together) I have yet to see him come within 50 feet of a stranger's dog without making a bee-line directly over, and eagerly ask the person on the other end of the leash "What's your dog's name...would it be ok if I pet them?" Steve has cared for our cattle dog several times. Even from the start she took to him like an old friend. Our Soda Pop was a 2 year old rescue and to this day barks at everyone that walks through or near our front door. (Including me, LOL) I think having 4 kids and a few pets at home has made him a naturaly caring and nurturing person. On a sidenote, I have seen him at work in a management position, coaching high-school sports and referring collegiate sports, so the work ethic is there as well. If you want a reliable and caring man to entrust your furbaby with, Steve would be a great decision.

Schedule
Pet care fits naturally into my routine because I currently work part-time, which gives me flexibility to provide consistent attention and care throughout the day. I have plenty of time for walks, playtime, feeding schedules, potty breaks, and companionship. I enjoy being active and spending time with animals, so caring for pets is something I genuinely look forward to. Whether your dog needs exercise, cuddles, or simply someone reliable to keep them company, I can make sure they receive the attention and care they deserve while you’re away. I also prioritize keeping pet owners updated with messages and photos so they can feel confident their furry family member is in good hands.

I provide a safe, loving, and stress-free environment for every pet in my care. In a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their pet’s normal routine, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, potty breaks, and any special instructions they provide. I make sure pets receive plenty of attention, affection, and exercise while keeping their environment clean and secure. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners can feel connected and reassured while they’re away. If caring for a pet in my home, I ensure they have a comfortable space to relax, plenty of supervised activity, fresh water, and lots of positive interaction throughout the day. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, loved, and at ease, whether they’re staying with me or I’m caring for them in their own home.

I love tailoring activities to each pet’s personality and energy level! Some of the fun things I do include: * Walks around the neighborhood or visits to pet-friendly parks * Fetch, tug-of-war, and other favorite games * Interactive toys and puzzle games for mental stimulation * Practice of basic commands and tricks with positive reinforcement * Plenty of cuddle time, belly rubs, and attention for pets who enjoy affection * Indoor play sessions on rainy days * Light jogging or longer adventures for high-energy dogs * Gentle play and enrichment activities for cats, such as wand toys and treat hunts My goal is to keep every pet happy, active, comfortable, and engaged while making sure they feel safe and loved while you’re away. 🐾
