I am a wildlife biologist for the Georgia DNR working for the Urban Wildlife Program. I have years of experience dog-sitting, primarily for large- and medium-sized dogs in the Chicago area. My work schedule is very flexible, allowing me to take my time to care for your critters! A large part of my job is responding to wildlife emergencies using years of experience and best-judgment decision making, which makes for a great pet-sitter.

I have a calm demeanor with strong attention to detail when it comes to care instruction. My experience as a wildlife biologist has trained me how to monitor animals for emergencies and how to be calm in the face of the unknown or unexpected. I am used to following strict research protocol, so following along for the care of your animal will be a breeze.
Ratings and reviews
Our dogs, home, and garden were well cared during a 10-day trip abroad. Blake listened to instructions, was super flexible on scheduling, made communication easy, and seemed to really enjoy our pups' company. It felt great to come home to happy dogs and an orderly house.
Stephen was perfect my girls. I appreciate that he was available at late notice and was so accommodating. Lizzie and JuneBug warmed up to him immediately. I am looking forward to using Stephen again.

Blake is fantastic! He has watched my pets many times and I always feel at ease knowing he is here with them. I get the best updates from him while he plays, walks, or relaxes with my pup! I will always go to Blake first when I need someone to watch my pets!
Blake has a gentle, caring spirit and a love for all animals. He enjoys spending time with them and takes care to make sure their wants and needs are met. Belly rubs are one of his favorite treats to pass out.
Stephen is such a sweetie pie! He pet sits my cat, Polly, and is very attentive, kind, and responsive! This is a man who loves animals and it shows :) he made sure to send me updates, which is such a relief as someone who is so guilty to leave behind my baby when I travel! Thank you Stephen

Schedule
I am a wildlife biologist that works from home in Decatur. My workload is quite low so it is easy to fit pet care into my schedule throughout the week. My flexible schedule affords me ample time to provide proper attention to animals.
