To give your dog the best experience, here's what I'd love to know before our first walk: any health conditions or physical limitations, how they do on leash with other dogs and strangers, their usual activity level, and anything that makes them nervous or excited. The more I know, the better the walk.
A typical day
I'll always arrive on time and greet your pup with enthusiasm. We'll ease into it with a warm-up pace so I can read their energy for the day, then settle into our walk or run. Every session ends with a route photo sent straight to you.

Hi, I'm Stephen — a marathon runner and fitness professional with over 25 years of experience with dogs. Running and walking dogs is my job, not a side gig. My sessions are energetic and paced to keep your pup engaged from start to finish. Every session ends with a route photo so you know exactly where, and how far, we went. If you're interested in runs rather than walks, they are available at a slightly higher rate.

I was nervous trying a dog walker for the first time, but Stephen completely put me at ease. Since moving from a house to a condo, my dog Gator hasn’t been getting the exercise he needs — that’s clearly no longer a problem. I could tell the moment Gator got home that he’d had a real workout, and the great pics Stephen sent along the way were such a nice touch. He got some amazing shots mid-jog! Stephen is warm, attentive, and I can tell he genuinely cares about the dogs he walks. Already setting up regular sessions — highly recommend!
Whenever I’m away from home or busy with work, I have total peace of mind because Stephen doesn’t just “watch” my dog, he keeps up with them. He takes my active Spaniel out for real runs (not a quick stroll around the block), and makes sure they come back happy, exercised, and settled. I can tell my pup adores him.
Stephen is great! My 3 year old lab-pointer-pit mix, Nina, has so much energy. The runs he takes her on have made a huge difference in keeping her mood regulated, happy, and away from chewing at things she shouldn’t 😅. Nina’s a bit of a nervous dog, typically hesitant around new people, but warmed up really quickly with Stephen. They’re basically best friends now. He really has a natural way with dogs. I trust him completely and would recommend him to anyone!!
