Work From Home & Fenced In Backyard
We are both dog people and have gotten know many dogs that we love over the 5+ years we’ve done Rover. We treat the dogs we care for just like our own. Angela works from home full time so someone is always here. We have a fully fenced in backyard with a 6 foot fence. Our dog Max is quite the escape artist so we've got experience to make sure your pup doesn't run out the door or get through the fence. If your dog loves running around, we’ve got the space. If your dog prefers quiet space, we've got a dedicated room they can go in. We try to pay attention to the needs of each pet and cater accordingly. Please let us know if your dog as any special needs and we will be sure to pay close attention to those needs. Since someone is almost always home, we do potty breaks regularly as needed. Our pup eats in the morning and evening but any feeding/potty schedule could be accommodated. As a policy, we keep all dogs separate for feedings just to avoid any conflict. We also do not give any food/treats unless you provide to avoid any allergies. We look forward to meeting your pets :)

Stephen and Angela did a great job watching our pup! They made sure she was able to relax and settle in but also gave her plenty of playtime. They kept us updated and attached photos of our girl. I could tell she was happy to be back with us but also sad to say goodbye to her new friends. We will definitely keep them in mind for future dog watching needs!
They responded to my messages promptly, which was very much appreciated. They sent me an update daily. They were specific about drop off and pick up. Great communication!!

Between the two of us, someone is always available to watch and care for the pets. We spend the day at home caring for their needs

In the morning, we will get the dogs out to go potty as soon as possible. We normally feed our dogs first thing in the morning but can feed your dogs whenever they are used to.

A typical day
In the morning, the pups are let out for a potty break. This is usually when we send photos/updates. After potty is when we will feed them. (If your dog has a different schedule, we will keep that schedule but most dogs we care for are used to a meal in the morning and a meal in the evening). We spend with the day with the dogs as we do our own. We are working and doing things around the house and they are with us the whole time. We have lots of dog toys to play with and make sure they are always engaged.
