Most of my other paid work is on a flexible schedule. It usually meshes pretty well with animal care, except some dogs really don't like it when I talk and talk to my computer early in the morning, so please take your neighbors into consideration.

I want to find out what your dog's needs are so I can plan a walk that they will enjoy. Does your dog chase bicycles or cars? Does your dog dislike other dogs? Let me know, and I will re-route accordingly. I am a woman (xx chromosomes) and I weigh 135 pounds. I've successfully handled large, energetic dogs, but I've found that having a harness with a leash-clip on the front is very important if the dog is both large and strong. Also, I might not be the best dog walker on the ice. Please let me know what kind of gear you have if your dog tends to pull at the lead. If your dog is large but docile, I am unconcerned. Also, I would like to know about allergies/sensitivities upfront. I'm usually pretty good at preventing garbage eating, but I'm not a magician. Plus those eyeglasses aren't just for the look! I'm very nearsighted, and my peripheral vision is lousy, so if your dog tries to eat everything all the time and has a sensitive stomach, well, maybe hire some eagle-eyed dog walker rather than old foureyes here 🤓

I want to take the walk where your dog will get the most benefit. If a dog chases cars, we will go to walk the sidewalks in the park. If a dog dislikes other dogs, we will go somewhere with less canine traffic.

I live in the Plateau on the ligne orange and I don't have a vehicle. CATS: I love to read, so if you want someone to sit with your cat, well, I got that. DOGS: I am happy to linger while a dog sniffs a certain patch of pavement. I love both rain and snow. I have also cared for senior dogs and cats. Most of my other paid work is on a flexible schedule, so I'll try to keep the calendar updated. I'm an early riser, but not a night person. I can't have dogs in my own home, which is a no-pets apartment. I can easily go get your dog in your home, however. I'm happy to go just to visit pets who need someone to say hello.

As usual, a wonderful sitter for my cats while I'm away. I return and they are very happy. Stephanie always keeps me updated with pictures and anecdotes so I know my cats are in good hands. I could not recommend her more strongly.
Stephanie is so good with Cowboy + the cats that we happily scheduled our vacations for the year around her availability!
Stephanie was wonderful. She showed so much care for my beautiful pup, and considération for me. She stayed in my apartment, left it in a great clean condition, and was in contact with me every day with many many photos. I really appreciate the love she gave my dog while I was away. Highly recommend.
