Hello! My name is Stephanie Denise Animals are my life! I am a Special Education Teacher. I have always had pets growing up as a child, worked on my grandparent farm and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. I live on a farm with my 3 miniature donkeys, 10 pigmy goats, and my 3 small fur babies (Tiny, Sweetie and Charles). My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets, farm animals and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years.

Pup did not seem to be under constant supervision. Came back with some small welts that were scabbing as if he was bit or got caught in something. When I picked him up he seemed okay but within a few hours of coming home, he started acting lethargic. Over the next 2 days he threw up any food he ate and passed 2 different pieces of fabric. I don't see how this could have happened if he was being watched at all times as stated by sitter. Sitter was kind and runs a small farm so I felt he was in good hands. Wasn't initially going to write a review but after seeing him pass 2 pieces of fabric and almost having to take him to the vet, I figured I should. Seems sitter may have had him in an enclosed area with the other pets but was not actively watching him despite me advising he's only 9m old and needs supervision. My dog is my baby and it's taken me a few days to make a review because I was honestly trying not to write it out of anger. Reserve with caution if your pet is use to only indoors and/or is still on the younger side.
This was our second time using Rover and I continue to be amazed by the good fortune we’ve had with our sitters. Oreo’s experience couldn’t have gone any better. Stephanie is just the best. She took exceptional care of our pup and provided daily updates with photos. This definitely put our minds at ease and allowed us to enjoy our vacation knowing Oreo was in loving hands. Thanks again Stephanie!

Safety, trust & environment
I have an escape-proof and hazard-free backyard with dog houses, toys and slides. All fur babies have plenty of toys and space to play and or relax. I provide daily picture updates and notify the pet owner of any changes in stool or behavior. I never walk more than three dogs at a time, and I only take on dogs who are the suitable size and temperament. I feed each dog on opposite sides of the yard or home to prevent conflicts. I always tidy up and disinfect after guests' dogs droppongs. I make sure my phone is charged and that I am constantly accessible and responsive.

A typical day
I would love to stimulate your fur babies mentally and physically. I live in a country setting with lots of interesting things to see and smell. I have a fenced in back yard with doggy houses and slides for your baby to explore.
