Stephanie’s the best! My dog Oki is old and he hasn’t been with anyone else but me. He had a little bit of separation anxiety and Stephanie made him feel loved and cared for. She was patient with him and Oki finally felt safe in someone else’s care. We definitely would go back to her in a heartbeat.
I was charged twice for service not rendered... A completely different person that I was introduced to a very nice sweet young lady that was supposed to walk my dog cancel on me. The next day I was double charged I had to go to my bank and canceled twice with them plus over the app. Furthermore, some stringy hair dude came to my place and not the appropriate time that I expected them but a person that did not know my dog nor my place. I cancel them already they do not have good communication with each other I would not comment definitely not using people ever
Our fur baby felt right at home with Stephanie! He was treated like a king and was happy and relaxed while away from home. The daily updates and pics gave us peace of mind. We've already booked our next stay!
