I am a dedicated animal caretaker. I keep safety and communication as my main priorities when working with pets. I have been taking care of animals since I was young. I grew up with a lab, a Newfoundland, and a couple cats. I currently have no pets of my own, but I love spending time with animals, so I am happy to care for yours. I am familiar with dog sitting puppies, dogs with special needs, and I am very comfortable with large breeds (but happy to work with all sizes).

Stephanie was absolutely amazing with my fur babies! She kept me posted everyday on the walks, feeding, sleeping etc. She provided photos and detailed text each day. She took care of my babies as if they were her own. I look to working with her again. 😊

Steph has watched our dog multiple times! She is trustworthy and careful to stick to your pet’s routine, no matter how complex. She always is sure to takes our dog on walks, so we never have to worry about him getting enough exercise!

Schedule
I have a flexible work schedule, so I am able to come home for lunch/potty/play breaks or work from home. I am happy to watch pets during any part of the week and accommodate their typical schedule.

Safety, trust & environment
As an animal caretaker, safety and communication are my top priorities when working with pets. Regular check ins with owners and pets during walks or house sitting are critical and I enjoy updating owners on their pets! I take notice of specific quirks or owner concerns to maintain the safety of your pets.
A typical day
I base activities on the owner’s recommendations and the dog’s needs, but typically do two to three walks per day (morning and afternoon). These walks can be in the neighborhood or on a hike in a nearby park! I also love to be outside for fetch or just a nice walk. .
