After dog sitting for a couple of years I got, Vernie as a puppy. She's now 5 years old, a blue heeler- border collie mix who does lots of cool tricks. She’s great with other animals! I start off taking your pup for a walk to establish our rapport. Since living in Buena Vista, I often take the dogs to the reservoir or river for a hike and some swimming. I do quite a bit of hiking and camping and love to take my clients’ pups with. I also ride horses and sometimes take the dogs with because they love the open space and running. Of course I always make sure it’s okay with you before these adventures! I run a very loving yet firm household with the dogs and they go back to you tired. When requesting to book a dog/puppy pls let me know the following: 1. Feeding schedule 2. Exercise needs 3. Is your pup good off leash or not? 4. Are you working on any training that I can reinforce? 5. Potty break frequency (for puppies) 6. Does your puppy still chew on things? 7. And any other quirks about your best friend? 8. We received regular updates and pictures and Stephanie took our dogs for two walks. Koda girl loved Stephanie and even cuddled up to her when we were picking her up. And Frank was stoked to play with Vern throughout the day. Overall highly recommend Stephanie to watch your dogs.
Stephanie kept my huskie mix for ten days. She asked in advance how she could help with training and I saw immediate improvement! She texted often and sent pictures keeping me in touch. I highly recommend her for your pet sitting needs!
Stephanie did an awesome job watching Ruby over Christmas! She sent cute photos of Ruby while Ruby was there. Ruby got a lot of outdoor time as well in the fenced in backyard and also hiking. I would highly recommend Stephanie for your dog sitting needs!
Stephanie was a life saver watching Riot while my family and I went to the hot springs for the afternoon! Riot was able to play with her dogs all day and was very worn out upon pick up. He slept the whole way home :)
Stephanie was quick to respond to my request. I booked without too much notice which was convenient and helpful. Mya was welcomed and very well cared for during her stay. Stephanie sent pictures and Mya had a great time playing and going for hikes with Stephanie and her dog. We will definitely book with Stephanie when in BV.

Schedule
I'm currently working from home in a calm neighborhood where I take walks with the dogs. After work it's adventure time! I am usually available during the week in the summers. I'm often out of tow sailing on the weekends but feel free to ask anyway. Sometimes the schedule changes.

Vernie and I play ball a lot so if your dog is into certain games please let us know! We also swim, hike, hide-n-seek, depending on your dogs skill level teach some basic tricks.
