I have had dogs and cats since I was a child, and that has shaped a love for animals that I now have as an adult. For 12 years, I had the honor and joy of my life caring for my two best friends, Bella and Archie. Unfortunately, both passed in 2023 due to older age, and I found myself for the first time in my life without pets to care for. I have pet-say off and on for my neighbors, friends, and family since I was 14 years old, but with an empty house and recognizing that I'm not ready to adopt just yet, I would like to still have time to care for and be around dogs and cats, while also providing a service I know is difficult for families to find sometimes. I am a marketing professional in the oil and gas industry in The Woodlands and am eager to be the responsible and good-hearted pet sitter that I know so many people are desperate to find. I would love to integrate into your pets' lives while you are away, staying with them in the evenings, overnight, and mornings, and treating them like my own while I head to work and back during the day. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats, and have cared for my own senior dog for the last few months who required specialized care, assistance standing and sitting, and daily medications. I am diligent about following schedules and can mold my own schedule to fit the needs of your furry family member.

I believe caring for pets in your home means learning and follow your pets schedule quickly. Prior to leaving, I would love to meet at your residence to go over the day to day schedule, ensure I know where everything is, and understand how your pet goes about their day. I believe continued communication is also key and would plan on communicating with you regularly to ensure your pet is feeling as safe and secure as possible, especially when they may be a bit nervous that you are away.

Stephanie was so helpful with our 2 cats! They warmed up to her quickly and I felt so comfortable with her watching them while we were gone. We came home to very happy kitties.
So pleased with Stephanie’s services! My pup is very hesitant with newcomers and usually doesn’t even want attention from anyone new. With Stephanie he is a brand new dog and loves to see her -won’t even allow her to have personal space. I always have peace of mind that his medicine is being prioritized even while I’m gone. Coco also usually goes on a hunger strike when I go on vacation but he’s so comfortable with her that isn’t an issue.

Stephanie is one of the most trusted and professional caretakers for our dogs that we've had. We feel very comfortable leaving our dogs in her care. My wife is very particular about the care of the dogs and Stephanie has always done a great job of ensuring that care is made to the highest level.
Stephanie has been our pet sitter for years. She always takes our dogs into her home like they are hers, and making them a part of the family. She sends pictures and updates everyday, including stories about funny things they did. Last time she watched them there were fireworks and she changed her plans so she’d be home before they started and let them sleep in bed with her that night so they were as scared. I’ve trusted her with my Scout, who has now passed, and now Harper and Leo.

Schedule
I would love to integrate into your pets' lives while you are away, staying with them in the evenings, overnight, and mornings and treating them like my own while I head to work and back during the day. I work from 8 AM to 5 PM in office on Monday to Thursdays and can work remotely on Fridays. I have set up my service radius appropriately as I am interested in only housesitting in a reasonable radius near my office to ensure that I have easy access to your pets so that I can make mid-day runs if necessary and also create a normal schedule with your pet.
