TWO SITTERS FOR THE PRICE OF ONE!
I began volunteering at shelters when we brought home my first rescue in middle school; and I’ve been boarding dogs of all breeds and sizes for friends, family, neighbors, coworkers, and even my boss ever since. I live with my partner, Eli, and we currently WFH on select days of the week. When we have to step out we leave our “dog tv channel” on for your pup until we return. Even when we are WFH, your pup will have love and attention for all hours of the day!

Steph is the absolute best! Finding a trustworthy and reliable dog sitter can be stressful, so I'm really grateful to have met Steph. She took such good care of Maddy - was very communicative and shared lots of photos. I'll definitely ask her to watch Maddy again in the future and highly recommend her for anyone else looking.

Schedule
UPDATE: My new office policy includes 3 days in person/week. Please DM me to discuss your dates, so that I can confirm whether WFH will be an option during your booking. When WFH our hours are from 9-6 and between the two of us we provide up to three walks before bed. We’re comfortable with your pup snuggling up on the couch and other furniture, even sharing our bed at bedtime if that’s how your pup sleeps at home. *Please note: Pick Up/Drop Off is not typically provided, but if the owner needs this addition, we can discuss a fee based on distance. Just ask!*

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a first floor apartment with a fenced backyard patio. While working we often have our pups napping in our laps or on the couch nearby. After hours we can be found snuggled up on the couch, hanging in our backyard or out and about exploring Astoria. The sidewalks behind our house are extremely secluded and quiet, if your pup prefers some extra space! We like to joke that our third roommate is whichever dog we are caring for at the time, because when you leave your dog with us, we know you’re leaving us with a member of your family. In our apartment, we treat them like family too. We hope to hear from you!
A typical day
When we are not working, we love to take in the scenery in Astoria park (a short walking distance from our apartment.) We also love to teach doggy yoga and make homemade dog friendly peanut butter treats! (Unless of course our owner prefers to provide their puppers favorite snack.)

- Does your dog have any specific triggers we should be aware of? Medications? Allergies? Toy/treat preferences? We do not have breed preferences, as long as they are 30 pounds or less which is a requirement of our apartment building. If your dog barks frequently when left alone, please provide a bark collar (only to be used briefly if left alone) so as not to disturb our upstairs neighbors.
