I have had a dog in my life since age 6. I have always had rescue dogs and as many as 8 on a large property. I have lost all 11 now and don't know if I can take the heartbreak again. To provide boarding or daycare options, my 'dog fix' will be fulfilled and serve your needs also. I have never met a dog that didn't like me, all dogs I have met engage with me quickly. I am a RN and have performed CPR on one of my dogs before bringing him back to life. I can give oral meds and have given injections to my dogs in the past. I walk daily and if your dog wants to join me, perfect!

Stephanie is the best!! This is our third stay with her. As long as she’s dog sitting, this is where my babies will be if I have to travel without them! We are thankful for her!
We were so nervous as this was our first time leaving our Sushi dog overnight with anyone. Stephanie was wonderful! She sent us updates and pictures and just really eased our minds. We will definitely be returning to Stephanie for our future needs!
This was a new experience for Dabney and Josie and I think they loved it. They were there from Tuesday-Friday and we were updated with 5 pictures and numerous texts. Josie is my dog and she came home and was exhausted from all the fun she had and my friend who has Dabney said she did the same. Stephanie was very accommodating with their sleep schedule. Josie is use to a crate in my bedroom so Stephanie did the same. Dabney is use to sleeping in a bed so she slept with Stephanie and did very well😃I would definitely use Stephanie again!

Schedule
I work from home and an empty nester. I am home most afternoons and evenings and will adjust my schedule to be here with your fur kid without large gaps in time.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a fenced backyard with a doggie door to the backyard if your dog knows how to use one. My neighborhood is small with sidewalks for safety. I have a large and medium crates if your dog requires one no need to bring it. Also have a large soft sided mobile crate. They can be on the couch or even sleep in the bed if that is what they are used to. I have a covered patio to protect from the weather elements so your dog can lay outside and enjoy fresh air. Water will be available outside also.
A typical day
I can take your dog for walks. I will play outside with them or if they are not that active, we can cuddle on the couch or they can snuggle in one of many dog beds and blankets.
