G’day! I’m originally from Sydney, Australia and have been living in the Canyon Lake area for almost 2 years. As a lifelong animal lover, especially when it comes to German Shepherds (you’ve probably noticed from my photos!), caring for dogs isn’t just a passion — it’s a way of life. Before returning to my career in healthcare, I spent 18 months as an Assistant Manager at a doggy daycare facility near Austin. This experience gave me valuable hands-on knowledge working with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments, and strengthened my understanding of dog behaviour, care, and enrichment. I now work a hybrid full-time job in healthcare, so I’m available for pet sitting and walks around my work schedule and am required to be in the office two days a week. Having used similar pet-sitting services back in Australia, I understand how stressful it can be leaving your furry family member behind. I’ll always keep you updated with photos, messages, and open communication so you can feel confident knowing your pets are in caring hands. Whether it’s a walk, a cuddle, playtime, or simply some company, I treat every dog like they’re my own. I can’t wait to meet your pup and give them the love and attention they deserve!

Stephanie was excellent in every way! She was caring, dependable and very trustworthy. I never worried one second about our pets and the loving care they were receiving. Stephanie followed directions perfectly and added in some of her own expertise. She is a treasure and I would recommend her without reservation. Stephanie took such great care of my kitties while I was out of town! She made sure to spend time with them and sent lots of photos during each visit so I knew they were safe and happy. She was prompt with each visit and communicates well. It is clear by how much care Stephanie gives that she loves animals, and I am grateful for the peace of mind knowing that my kitties were in good hands. 10/10 ☺️
Stephanie understands dogs and their different needs and personalities. She is a responsible and caring person who always carries out a task to the best of her ability. She had her own dog and so knows first hand the daily care needed for dogs.

Schedule
When I'm not working at the doggy daycare, I love spending my free time walking and exploring the Hill Country. It would be great to have a furry friend join me on these adventures! I miss my dog back home in Sydney and am looking for ways to fill my spare time.

I have a friendly Husky and a quiet cat, and there's plenty of space for a crate and dog beds. I treat all animals as if they were my own and always show respect for a client's home. If I can leave the house cleaner than I found it, that’s a win for me!
A typical day
When I watch pets, I tailor activities based on their personality, energy level, and what they're used to at home. For active pups, I love taking them on walks, playing fetch, or letting them run around (safely!) in the yard. For more laid-back or older pets, I’m happy to hang out, give belly rubs, and keep them company with lots of cuddles. I also like to keep their minds engaged with enrichment toys, basic training refreshers, or scent games if they enjoy that. Sticking to their usual routine is really important to me, so I always follow any instructions you provide for feeding, potty breaks, and playtime. And of course, I make sure they feel loved and safe the whole time you're away.
