Want to give your pup a premium mountain vacation? I work from home full-time as an engineer on an early schedule, meaning I'm up with the sun and ready for early morning drop-offs. Raising my girls (a German Shepherd and Golden Retriever) means I’m entirely confident handling all breeds, sizes, and high-energy working dogs. I live a super active lifestyle, so if your pup loves runs, hikes, and long walks, they will be living their absolute best life with me! I pride myself on offering a custom setup for every dog depending on their personality. Social pups are always welcome to join the pack and play with my two friendly resident girls. However, if your dog is shy, selective, or reactive, they will get absolute VIP treatment in my private, attached guest suite. They’ll get the exact same love, walks, and attention, just in a completely separate, stress-free space. Because we do list this suite on Airbnb, its availability can fluctuate, so definitely let me know early if your pup will need it! Whether your dog needs a high-energy mountain buddy or a cozy, safe space to relax, I’d love to welcome them over.

Stephanie was great with both my golden and husky. She was a fantastic communicator and kept in touch throughout the day. My girls were comfortable and I had peace of mind. Will use her again the next time we are up and need doggie care. Highly recommend!!

Stephanie and her partner were such amazing pet sitters for Honey, a 6 month old puppy. Her own pups welcomed her into their crew and the fun started right away. I got a text with pictures a few minutes after I left their house the first day, and saw pictures of Honey having fun. I received many wonderful pics both days we booked, and they were so so accommodating with last minute requests . Stephanie is quick with text responses. Honey came home so tired and based on the pics, had a ton of fun. I know she was well cared for because she walked right in the second day. I highly recommend Stephanie if you’re looking for a trustworthy sitter while in South Lake Tahoe. We will be back !
Super sweet person and communicative! Sitters husband even carried my 50lb pet down the stairs rather than risk a fall on hardwoods with his bad hips. Calvin seemed well adjusted at pick up!
Stephanie took wonderful care of our dog, Benny. She was attentive, caring, and kept us updated throughout the day with photos and messages. She even took him on a hike, and it was clear he had a great time. Thanks to her excellent communication and care, we were able to enjoy Lake Tahoe completely worry-free. Highly recommend!

Schedule
As far as routine goes, I work from home on an early schedule, so my days naturally revolve around the pups. Since I wrap up work early, my afternoons are open for hikes and adventures around Tahoe. Whether your dog is acting as my office assistant or joining me for a trail run, they'll blend right into my routine.

Your pup becomes part of the family here! My fiancé and I work from home full-time, offer total schedule flexibility, and have a fully fenced backyard for safe zoomies and playtime. If your dog is shy, reactive, or just prefers their own space, they can stay in my private, attached guest suite! They'll get the exact same love, potty breaks, and trail adventures, just completely separate from my two dogs. Note: We do list the suite on Airbnb, so availability fluctuates—just let me know early if your pup will need it!

A typical day
A typical day includes outdoor adventures and brain games! Since I'm super active, your pup can join me for long neighborhood walks, trail runs, and hikes around Tahoe. When we're hanging out at home, I love keeping them mentally stimulated and entertained with puzzles and fun enrichment toys.
