Life is about connecting and giving back to our communities the best ways we can. I offer my authenticity and humble energy to all of my clients and their companions. As a professional pet caretaker I have the pleasure of sharing my passion and love for animals of all species. Throughout the years my family invested in our companions (golden retriever and rottweiler) as we grew up to enhance our experience with responsibilities, maintaining schedules, and companionship in our childhood. My admiration for caretaking grew exponentially ever since then. I learned the importance of easing animal's anxieties, how to secure leashes (comfortably), keeping communication open with clientele, and administering medication upon request. Lately, I've noticed the new anxiety vests which are effective in most cases. I'm aware our dog's mental and emotional health are important factors to consider. People and their careers always seem to be in transition, which is why it's neccesary to be available for service any way I can. It's important to respect the trades of petcare and customer service. There are benefits to working outdoors more than people realize; it's a very humbling experience. Walking daily is considered healthy (meditative if you will) in many ways, especially when city living can be demanding. It's refreshing to have a flexible schedule servicing the animals I love the most, including their companions. Servicing my community revitalizes my spirit and increases the admiration I have of the DMV as a working woman. Any opportunity to expand my horizons helps me to stay positive in this climate. I'm looking forward to future rewarding experiences and connections. 🐕

Stephanie watched my cat with a disability for the second time and did a wonderful job! She provided regular updates and pictures and took excellent care of him! I will be using her again in the future.
Stephanie was incredible! She was very professional and gave me such a peace of mind when caring for my pets while we were away. My 8 yo rescue pit mix has fear based aggression and I advised Stephanie of his anxiety and she performed above and beyond to make him (and myself) feel comfortable and trusting of her services. She sent several updates and photos every day which I loved to see. Even our cat felt comfortable roaming around the condo (which she rarely does since we adopted our dog). Stephanie even tidied up our condo before she locked up so we came home to a clean space. She really went above and beyond! I will certainly be contacting Stephanie again for our pet sitting needs.
Stephanie did a wonderful job checking on my cat while I was out of town. She stayed longer than required which allowed my cat to get used to her and actually come out of hiding to get some pets. She also was very flexible and ended up coming an extra day when I stayed out of town longer than expected. I definitely recommend her!
Stephanie was an INCREDIBLE cat sitter! She looked after my cat for a long weekend. My cat has a disability and she was incredibly attentive to his needs. She also communicated with me frequently and sent me loads of cute pictures of him. Stephanie went above and beyond with her care, and I will be hiring her again in the future!
Stephanie was absolutely wonderful: communicative, took lots of pictures, and was immediately able to discern each of our cat's personalities! Will definitely look to her for any future cat sitting needs!

Schedule
It fits fairly well with my current schedule. Any booking from clientele is a balancing act, so clients are updated and accommodated ahead of time with no worries.

A typical day
We enjoy playtime indoors and outdoors (depending on weather conditions) once we're aquainted. I'm very intentional about learning their preferences in games,parks,affection,etc. Usually I do my best to maintain a healthy balance of fun and discipline. Gladly will reward with treats (once earned) and give them plenty of love!
