I always keep an eye on the pets during my visits, and never let dogs off leash if outside in an unfenced area. The health and safety of pets is my #1 priority.
Information Stephanie P. would like to know about your pet
Age, activity level, any possible allergies, and the degree of training they have received are all helpful tidbits. If it's a home visit, it's nice to know their favorite treats, toys, and activities.
A typical day
Each dog's personality can vary greatly, so I like to observe and get to know a dog upon first meeting! For high energy dogs, I love to take them on walks and explore scents and sounds. Other activities can include fetch, positive reinforcement activities, or even just pets and scratches.

Vet Tech to care for your pets!
Pet care experience
My name is Stephanie and I am looking forward to caring for your furbabies! I earned my degree as a veterinary technician and am willing to travel in order to ensure your pets are happy and healthy. I have prior military experience and am extremely responsible, punctual, and trustworthy. I also received training in the handling and care of rabbits, rodents, and birds. A meet and greet would be necessary in the case of birds, as each breed can be quite different in needs. I personally have 3 cats that I love dearly :) I am available for pet care full time! Morning, afternoon, and nights, I am there for your furry companions 7 days a week, including holidays and odd hours. My 3 cats are exclusively indoors. I have experience in veterinary hospitals and shelters, so I am comfortable caring for animals and providing crating, food, love, and even medication administration.

Reviews

Stephanie is AMAZING with my babies! I’m going to be a “regular” for her. Very attentive and caring of my kitties!!

Stephanie seems like a kind person, but not a good fit I think for our fur family. We did a meet and greet to get to know each other and a few things were not handled well for our busy girls: sustained eye contact with our older rescue dog who has a history of abuse and some fear-based reactivity, not catching our mouthy Goldens eating dirt and compost ( first time I can understand) but a second time? Again, a kind person and mostly a cat person, as she shared? Wish her well. Expensive experience. 😔

Our kitties and us love Stephanie. She takes great care of our cats while we travel and are away, so we don't have to worry.

Stephanie was amazing and took such great care of our cat while we were out of town!
