Stephanie was great with my new puppy, Bear! She was so patient with Bear's owner (me) because I wanted to know every single thing he was doing. I have a bumpy schedule because of my career. And she was always understanding and expressed her willingness to help me. She even retrieved a tick on my puppy that I neglected to locate. Thank GOD for her!
