Loves caring for animals
I grew up always having a dog and cat in the house. Since the age of five I’ve had over five dogs throughout my lifetime, and three cats I loved and cared for. I enjoy the company of animals and since I’m not able to have any pets at my current stage of life. I truly find enjoyment being able to look after someone else’s animals. I started dog sitting over two years ago, it started with looking after a close friends dog and I realized how much I enjoyed it. Since then I started branching out offering mu services to friends and acquaintances. Now I’m looking to expand to new opportunities and a wide range of different animals. Some of the dogs I’ve cared for have had some special needs, so I’m very routined in giving their animals their daily meds. My favorite thing about petsitting is taking dogs on their walks, I love being outside and enjoy the walks just as much as the pups do!

Safety, trust & environment
When staying in the clients home, I try to make it as comfortable for the pet as possible. Working with dogs who experience anxiety, I know they are missing their owners and wondering when they will return. I find it most important to bond with any animal I am looking after to ease any discomfort they may experience during your absence. My goal is build a relationship with your pet I can be a good stand in while you are away!

Schedule
I work for a beer and wine distributing company, so a lot of my day consists of being out in the field driving to different accounts. Which allows me a lot of flexible time to check on the pets through out the day if needed. I occasionally work from home as well, and have nights and weekends off unless working an event.
