“Animals do speak, but only to those who listen.” 🐾 I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember! I started pet sitting in my teens, and since moving to Thunder Bay 🇨🇦 from Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 in 2018, I’ve had the absolute privilege of caring for countless doggos, cats and all sorts of wonderful little personalities. 🐾❤️ 🏡✨ A little update about my current setup 🐾 I’ve recently moved and am currently in the process of creating and finishing dedicated fenced-in outdoor areas at my new home. I am still happily accepting bookings! 🐾 If you have any questions about the new location or current setup, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to chat, answer questions and help decide whether my home is the right fit for you and your pet. ❤️ ✨ For me, caring for someone’s pet is about so much more than simply feeding them, letting them out and keeping them safe. It’s about getting to know them — and that’s what I love most about what I do. ❤️ 🐾 Learning their little quirks 🐾 Discovering their favourite games 🐾 Learning how they ask for cuddles 🐾 Understanding what comforts them 🐾 Making sure they have the best holiday possible away from home! Quite a few years ago, I worked at a kennel just outside of town, and that experience really made me think about the kind of pet care I wanted to provide. I wanted to create somewhere that felt less like a kennel and more like a second home — a doggo & kitty hotel! 🐶🐱 ✨Somewhere they could have companionship, attention, playtime, cuddles, lots of fresh air and, most importantly, feel genuinely cared for. 🐶 A little about my own furry family… 🐾 Sevi is my 8-year-old Japanese Spitz (spayed). She absolutely loves having visitors and has become very accustomed to welcoming new furry friends into her home! 🐾 And then there’s little Milo — my ball of energy! He is now 1 year old, and we welcomed him into our family when he was 10 months old. He absolutely adores doggos, cats and people. He has never met a soul he didn’t want to be friends with! 😂❤️ 🏡 A home away from home… I have a very large backyard where the doggos can enjoy lots of outdoor time, as well as additional indoor space for those especially hot summer days or cold winter weather. I work hard to make sure every pet in my care feels comfortable, safe and loved — whether they are… 🐾 The energetic type who wants to play all day 🐾 The cuddly type who wants to be beside me 🐾 The nervous little soul who needs extra patience and reassurance 🐾 …or anything in between! 🚗 Walks & Adventures! I have a pet-friendly 7-seater vehicle, allowing me to safely take the doggos out for walks and adventures, as well as offering pick-up and drop-off services. 📸 Communication! I know how difficult it can be to leave your pets when you’re away! And that’s why communication is a big part of my care ❤️ I regularly send updates, photos and videos so you can see what your furry family member is getting up to! 🐾When enquiring about daycare or boarding, please let me know: • Whether your doggo is potty trained • Whether they are crate trained or should be crated overnight • Whether they are a chewer • Any allergies, medications or special requirements • Their personality and what they enjoy • Anything that helps them feel comfortable and at home •PLEASE ensure to inform me of ANY behavioural concerns with other doggo’s and/or people.
