Availability
I work from home 3 days/week offering my choice and can take breaks whenever I need for walks or bathroom breaks. I go to bed around 10pm and wake up when the dogs wake up around 7:30am. Please note that for doggie daycare I am not available for drop off before 8am. You can consider my boarding option and drop off the night before as an alternative :)

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a one-level, single family home (no stairs) with a huge fully fenced yard. There are no gaps under the fence, and the fence is solid wood (no planks) which helps reduce visibility for reactive dogs. My partners 5.5 year old boy lives with me us part time from Saturday at 7pm until Tuesday at 7am. If your dog is here outside of those days, it is a child free home. He is good with dogs and understands boundaries. Note: I allow two dogs for boarding or daycare from Rover bookings at a time. My price for a puppy is just below double of an adult as they require more of my attention and training limiting the amount of bookings I can take in a day.

Information Stephanie N. would like to know about your pet
Let me know any special needs like medications or potty training they might need - I do work from home but life can get busy! So knowing about these ahead of time will help me make sure I have the time to tend to all your dogs needs before approving a stay. Please confirm that they are good with kids and that they sleep in their own bed at night as we do not allow dogs to sleep in the bed with us (it’s not fair to my dogs, and there also isn’t enough bed for all of us)
A typical day
Depending on the day (mostly weather dependent) we either go to the off leash park, for long walks, or “sniff safaris”. The latter is a favourite of my old boys. We take twenty minutes or longer to walk to the end of our street and back. They choose the speed as they sniff their way along. I love hiking with dogs too but mine are getting a little too old so happy to do so with yours if they’re into that!

Senior Dog Specialist
Pet care experience
*Senior dogs only*. Due to the age of my dogs I can only take low energy senior dogs. My fees reflect this. Leave your dog with me for a stress free vacation. I have a hybrid work schedule which allows me to work from home 3days/week offering flexibility in the days. I have a fully fenced yard that offers endless amounts of roaming. As a pet parent of 11 years I understand the stress that can come with leaving your dogs and all their nuances with a stranger. I will listen to all your concerns, and care for your fur babies as my own. I have a lot of experience administering medications. I have a pet stroller on standby. I am extremely knowledgeable of dog behavioural.
Reviews
Angus was very much at home for his day with Stephanie and her two datchshunds.

Stephanie was amazing and took such great care of Lola and provided me update pictures and videos throughout, I really appreciated it!

My dog is a 14 year old mini schnauzer who can't see or hear very well. I needed to find care for her quickly as I had to attend a funeral out of town so it was very short notice. Stephanie agreed to take my little girl Coco and she gave her excellent care. She sent me lots of pictures and gave me regular updates so I was not worried for the 8 days I was gone. I will definitely use her again

She was so great and our dog felt right at home:)
