Hi! I’m Steph and I’ve been caring for pets since I was 12. I grew up with a cocker spaniel for 16 years and a cat for 10, so I’m very familiar with what pets need at every stage of their lives. Animals bring so much joy to my world, and I love helping them feel safe, happy, and loved. 🐱 Cat Care Specialist: Cats hold a special place in my heart, and I love pampering them with attention and care. Whether it's playtime, cuddles, or just keeping them company, your kitty will be in loving hands. 🐾 Dog Care Details: I’m most comfortable caring for friendly pups under ~90 lbs (depending on breed). I’m a great fit for dogs who enjoy company but can also relax independently if I need to step out for a few hours. There will be plenty of play, walks, and affection when I’m home! 🏡 Services Offered: My primary service is overnight pet sitting in your home, including: -Maintaining your pet’s regular routine -Snuggles, playtime & walks -Watering plants & collecting mail -Keeping your home tidy and leaving it as clean as I found it 🚶♀️One-Off Walks or Drop-Ins Available occasionally — ideal for travel days, nights out, or schedule changes (I do not offer recurring weekly walk schedules) 🌟 What You Can Expect -Reliable communication & daily updates -A calm, caring presence for your pets -Respect and care for your home as well as your animals 📍 Location: Bushwick/Bedstuy border, off the Gates J stop and nearby! 📆 Availability: Available full-time Monday–Sunday for house sitting. Your pet’s comfort and safety are my top priorities. I work remotely, so I’m home with them the majority of the day to keep them feeling secure, relaxed, and well cared for — many days, I don’t leave at all. However, I do need the flexibility to step out occasionally, so I’m a great fit for pets who can comfortably relax on their own for a few hours if needed (typically 4–6). You can trust that while you’re away, I’ll provide attentive care, a calm environment, and reliable communication every step of the way.

I am incredibly grateful to Stephanie for taking such wonderful care of my dog (Marco) during e two and a half week that she stayed at my house. She was attentive, responsible and compassionate, especially in managing his medical concerns with great care and diligence. Stephanie house sat and took care of Gracie for 12 days. Sent us lots of pics and, left house clean. Pictures showed Gracie smiling and playing so I knew she was being well cared for.
Stephanie was great! Stayed at our house for a week to watch our dog and sent many pics and videos every day!
We had Stephanie watch both of our dogs for about 6 days and she was fantastic. She stayed at our house, sent photos every day, communicated as frequently as needed, and left the house in perfect condition and the pups very happy. We will definitely use her again.

Schedule
Pet care is a top priority for me, and I am fully available Monday–Sunday for in-home house sitting. While I’m staying with your pet, I make sure they receive all the walks, meals, and playtime they need throughout the day. I can also help with one-off dog walking or drop-in visits as needed; however, I don’t offer recurring weekly walk schedules. I’m a great fit for pet parents who need flexible support on specific days or for travel.

- To ensure the best care, please share any special needs, medical conditions, or medications your pet may have ahead of time. I’m happy to accommodate their individual needs and make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. It’s also super helpful to know their daily routine — what time they usually wake up and go to bed, how often they need potty breaks or walks, and how long they’re comfortable being left alone. Are they high-energy or more laid-back? Do they experience separation anxiety or have any reactivity triggers? What’s their feeding schedule like? All of this helps me keep their day as familiar and happy as possible and ensures we’re a great match. Additionally, knowing how your pet interacts with new people and other dogs is important for keeping them safe during our time together. If there’s anything else unique about their personality, preferences, or quirks, I’d love to know that too!
