Best sitter ever! Worked with me extremely last minute and was very flexible!

Stephanie was communicative, attentive to our needs, and provided great care to Archie. Would recommend her to anyone!

Stephanie was amazing with Jessie - she was communicative, send lots of great photos and you could tell they were both enjoying each other! Stephanie went above and beyond during a week filled with snow and ice, helping clear the steps to get Jessie outside and taking such great care. She also had to deal with an hvac technician when our heat stopped working while we were away. Can’t say enough about how much we appreciated her care of our home and pup 🫶🏼

I cannot recommend Stephanie. Our care instructions were clear and were ignored. Based on our doorbell and garage cameras/sensors we could tell that she left our dog for 9.5 hours twice in 3 days and that he had minimal walks and potty breaks. We had to find new care mid-booking. While on a plane to another country I found out she was not at our house at 3am. We called her and she went over claiming to have accidentally fallen asleep, but upon her arrival did not take our dog out to go potty (his last time had been 5:30pm) so he did not go out for a total of 15 hours. I’m not sure we ever would have been told if she had slept through the night and left our dog alone without us calling her. The following night was another 7pm - 11am duration without potty. The following day she was gone for 9.5 hours and then left for another 1.5 hours in the late evening before we called her. She claimed to have been at the store 700 ft away. This is not the type of care expected when booking house sitting, nor is it suitable for a dog to be alone that much.

Stephanie has done a great job with our two cats multiple times. She coordinated really well to take care of the cats even on short notice and when we were already out of town. I highly recommend her service!

We've relied on Stephanie for several tripsover the years but lately she's missed appointments, been late so many times, and only stayed maybe 3 out of the 30 minutes we paid for. Our cats lost considerable weight and a fish died while we were gone. I can no longer recommend her.
