I own my home and have plenty of space to care for animals. As the mother to a toddler, our home has already been child proofed (cabinets locked, large furniture anchored, Simplisafe home security, etc.) Importantly, our yard is fenced in completely with vinyl fencing that is only a couple years old (but tried and true).

Since we do have a little one at home, it is important that we understand any aggressive behaviors your dog(s) may exhibit. We will always do a meet&greet to ensure it’s a good fit but it is also important to make us aware of any history. We strive to welcome all kinds of dogs, but those with histories of any aggressive behaviors may be better suited with an adult-only family.
A typical day
We plan our days around your pup’s needs and desired pace. We can provide plenty of walks, games of fetch, trips to the park, and even a dip in the pool for active dogs. If your pup prefers a slower pace, we will plan for plenty of couch snuggles. We adapt to whatever pupcation your fur baby needs.

Pet care experience
We have collective pet parent experience of over 40 years and have loved and cared for cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs and even beared dragons. Personally, I previously worked at PetCo in addition to volunteering with PAWS Chicago. In both roles I received extensive training in caring for dogs, cats, and small animals. Currently, I work from home full time with a ton of flexibility and plenty of time to devote to additional fur babies.
