I work full-time, but have the flexibility to work from home as required. At the weekend, I am generally around all the time and make the most of the amazing hill and woodland walks that our local area has to offer. Being a water baby, Spencer is particularly fond of those which involve a quick dip or a swim!

I have a very large enclosed back garden for roaming and general play. A stair gate keeps little paws from getting upstairs, however two very comfortable sofas make great lounging/sleeping spots!

A typical day
There are lots of lovely country walks on my doorstep, which provide very safe environments for exploring well away from busy roads and hustle and bustle. Spencer generally walks off-lead, however I am very happy to accommodate fully on-lead walks as required.

Pet care experience
I have had family dogs since childhood and now have my gorgeous 5-year old black labrador, Spencer. I'm therefore very experienced with training and caring for dogs of all ages and varying breeds. I have a lovely 10-year old son who has also grown up around dogs and loves their company as much as I do. I am delighted to be able to offer a welcoming and comfortable environment, and true home-from-home. Living close to the Water of Leith and the Pentland hills allows me to offer extra special dog walks and adventures!
