I'm currently working from home so I'm very active and available to the dogs when they need me. They typically like to nap in the office or sunbathe outside while I'm working, and during my breaks we often play in the backyard or go for a quick walk. Once I'm off work there's more playtime in the backyard before dinner and bedtime.

Our two friendly dogs love making new friends and are great at welcoming guests into our pack. We always offer a quick Meet & Greet in our spacious backyard to ensure everyone’s personality meshes perfectly before the stay. This allows us to see how our dogs and my child interact with your pup before we confirm a stay. For long-term stays (30+ days), I often suggest an extended Meet & Greet to make sure your pup feels fully comfortable before your departure.

Information Stephanie L. would like to know about your pet
Please fill us in on your dog's personality traits and behaviors so we know best how to accommodate them, i.e. any special routines, triggers, nervous mannerisms. The more we know, the easier it is for me to help your dog feel safe, relaxed, and happy while they're here. Below is a list of suggested and required items to pack for your dog for their optimal comfort Essentials: - Food & Treats: Enough for the entire stay (plus a little extra). - Bowls: Familiar food bowls required. We have a large replenishing water bowl with enough to share but if your dog prefers their privacy you are welcome to bring a water bowl and we will keep it filled at all times. - Leash & Collar/Harness: Ensure any ID tags are up to date. Comfort: - Bedding: Their favorite bed or a blanket that smells like home. - Crate: Optional, but if they are crate trained feel free to bring their crate for some extra comfort during their stay. - Toys: We have plenty of doggy balls and squeaky toys to go around so we ask you to please limit any toys you bring to maybe one or two durable favorites (no "high-value" bones or stuffies that could be shredded). Health & Safety: - Medications: In original packaging with clear instructions. - Emergency Contact: Someone local we can reach out to if needed. - Vaccination Records: If not already on Rover.
A typical day
Since I work from home full-time, your dog becomes a member of our pack with constant supervision. Our day revolves around regular potty breaks in the spacious yard along with supervised play with my two friendly dogs. I ensure safety by feeding all dogs separately and providing a consistent routine that helps them feel safe, secure. and loved.

Pet care experience
Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m an avid lifelong dog lover who works from home full time. Our home features a spacious, secure fully fenced backyard where dogs can run freely. I have extensive experience caring for happy pups of all life stages, from high-energy puppies who need consistent potty training to seniors who require gentle care and medication management. My husband and I have a lively, dog-loving home with two friendly pups and a toddler under two. Because of this, we only accept guest dogs who are known to be comfortable and gentle around young children. We also proudly offer long-term boarding for military deployments and extended work travel. We are familiar with the military lifestyle and offer flexible boarding for both short-term TDYs and long-term deployments. Having two dogs of our own, we provide a stable 'pack' environment where your pup becomes a temporary member of our family for as long as you're away. Whether for a weekend or six months, your dog will receive close supervision, daily play, and all the love they deserve!
