Stephanie was truly an angel to our family! We are beyond grateful that she was able to help us on such short notice when we were desperately trying to find someone to care for Hermes. She completely saved our trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. She is incredibly kind, patient, caring, attentive, and compassionate. This was Hermes’ very first time staying away from us and in someone else’s home, so naturally we were very nervous. Stephanie made the entire experience so much easier for both us and Hermes. Even when he had a few accidents and was clearly nervous while adjusting to a new environment, she was so understanding and never made us feel bad about it. Instead, she showed him so much patience and kindness. She kept us updated throughout his stay with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was in such loving hands. We truly hope we have the opportunity to book with Stephanie again in the future because we honestly can’t imagine leaving Hermes with anyone else. Stephanie was sweet and my little guy seemed to really like going to her home. She have him plenty of cuddles, which I know he loved.
