Pet care experience
I grew up in a dog heavy household and have spent the last 10 years pet sitting, house sitting, and dog walking for friends and family. I also reenforce training habits already in place and help educate new dog owners.

I always go over training and behaviour habits with the pet owners beforehand so they receive consistency when under my care. I’m always attuned to their needs and will do my best to make sure the pet is content and well monitored.

I like to do meet and greets beforehand so an animal learns my scent in a safe space and their owner nearby. Each animal is different so I like to learn habits, training, likes and dislikes. Never too much info!
A typical day
I start every morning engaging with the pets, chatting with them or listening to music. I like to take them to the woods or be out in nature. Our walks can be high energy or calm. I like to sit outside and read with them so they never feel alone.

My part time work schedule changes weekly so I am able to be flexible with owners looking to fit someone in at all hours from early morning to later at night.
