Experienced dog nanny in a great location
I have been passionate about dogs all my life, and have had three huskies of my own. I am generally the kind of person who will stop any conversation to point out a dog that walks by. On top of giving the greatest possible care I can to my own dogs, I have taken on every opportunity to walk and care for all of my friends and families dogs over the years, including a wide range of breeds, ages and medical needs. I live in Stoke Newington only a few minutes from Clissold Park and Abney Park, which are both amazing spaces for dogs. I live in a 3-bed with plenty of space for your dog to roam, with two patios they can have access to between walks. Having had very stubborn dogs all my life I'm experienced at training, socialising, and working on good manners if that's what your pup needs. If your pup is a couch potato I am happy to lounge with them, if they are high-energy they can come running with me! My last girl had some complex medical needs in her old age so I'm also experienced at giving medication and medical care in case your pup is a little extra special. I know having to trust a stranger with your pup can be really stressful, having been through it myself, so I am happy to give regular updates so you can be assured that they're absolutely happy and healthy while they're with me. I truly adore dogs and will always treat them how I would treat my own - with all the love and attention in the world!

Thank you Stephanie. She was extraordinary on this latest stay, looking after Linda even after my dachshund had an uncharacteristic display of aggression, going for another dog and biting Stephanie in the process of attempting separation. Anyway, she agreed to keep her for the rest of the home stay and we both agree that next time it will have to be Linda solo - no other dogs until I hopefully rectify the behavioural issue. I’d give 10 stars to Stephanie if I could - for her kindness and understanding. Occasionally, some dogs will be dogs, alas.
Stephanie has been amazing to work with, communication great and we think Ralph had a lovely time with her. He came back very waggy and ready to have a chilled evening
Ste was incredibly attentive with Bento and kept me updated throughout the day with regular messages and photos. Bento had a great time with her and was clearly very well cared for. I’d absolutely recommend Ste and would happily book with her again!

Schedule
I am currently only working from home part-time. As I am home all day, your pup will only ever be left alone for very short periods of time if I need to pop out, otherwise they'll have my company all day!

Safety, trust & environment
I have two fenced patios which your pup can access at any time. My apartment is fairly large so they will have some space to roam around, and they are free too access and explore the whole space. I will only ever block off a room if building work is being done, for example, to ensure your pets safety. You are welcome to bring a crate with you if your pup needs one. Food is never left out so no risk of your fur child getting into anything.
A typical day
I will typically tailor what I do with your pup depending on what you tell me they like! If you have a high energy dog we will spend more time walking, running, and playing games or learning new tricks at home to keep them stimulated and happy. If your dog is more of the lazy/ couch potato variety then we can spend more time chilling out together instead. If there's anything your pup really likes to do, let me know and I'll be sure to include it!
