I've owned dogs, cats and horses since early childhood, and have been pet sitting and boarding on and off for the last 20 years. I have experience with a variety of breeds - everything from wiener dogs to Great Danes, and even included a lizard and chickens on my last appointment! I have experience with dogs with behavioral problems, as well as both owned and boarded dogs with medical issues, so I am able to accurately & safely administer medications and know warning signs to watch for. I take care of my dog's health and diet better than I do my own, and you can expect the same when I watch your pups!

If you'd rather keep your pup at home, I can help! My flexible schedule makes it easy for me to be there as often as you prefer. If you like, I can bring your pup with me to the dog park or on walks, or just pop in and out for some one on one time with your dog also. I know it's stressful leaving our pets behind while we're gone, so happy to do whatever you need to feel comfortable being away, and make sure your fur baby is spoiled rotten while you're gone.

Stephanie was absolutely fantastic, and we would happily book with her again! Her communication was stellar from beginning to end. She was prompt and reliable with both her arrival and departure, and was also very flexible when a change in our schedule meant we needed to shift her arrival time to a couple of hours later and her departure a couple of hours earlier. Our pets took to her immediately. Even our shy cat, who typically wants nothing to do with strangers, welcomed Stephanie during the meet and greet and actually let Stephanie pet her, which says a lot! Throughout our trip, Stephanie sent us a thoughtful update each day along with some fantastic photos of our pets. I leave very detailed instructions for our pet sitters, and several things Stephanie mentioned during her stay made it obvious that she had read everything thoroughly and was paying close attention to our pets' routines and needs. We've had other sitters where we felt the need to check in more frequently, but Stephanie's communication and attention to detail made us feel completely confident that everything was being taken care of, so we were able to relax and enjoy our time away. When we returned, our home was incredibly tidy. The bed linens had been freshly changed, the litter box was clean, the yard had been cleaned up, and she had even taken care of the messes around our particularly messy eater's food area. It honestly felt like we'd never left. Most importantly, our pets were happy to see us when we got home but showed absolutely no signs of stress from our being away. They were relaxed, happy, and clearly very well cared for. We loved having Stephanie stay with our pets and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will absolutely book with her again in the future and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and genuinely caring sitter!
Stephanie was incredibly responsive, kind, and caring. She sent us photos daily, kept us updated with how our senior cat was doing, and made us feel confident she was well taken care of while we were traveling. We would love to have her back. Thank you for being such a great sitter.

Schedule
I am semi retired, so have full availability and can be available on short notice. I have my own vehicle so can transport/pick up your pets when needed, or take them on outings if you allow it. A flexible schedule means I can be available as needed for pups that need frequent potty breaks or have medication requirements, or just snuggle as much as possible (because let's be honest, the snuggles are really what I'm here for!)

- I'm happy to take care of any special requests or needs that you have for your pup. No request is too big or too small- dogs thrive on routine, so I want to make sure I keep things as close to normal as possible. It's already an added stress for them when they notice you're gone, so if I can do a few little things to help normalize their routine while you're away, it should help everything go more smoothly.
