Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I structure my day around consistency. I work a predictable schedule and plan breaks specifically for walks, feedings, playtime, and check-ins. I love building routines with pets, so it’s easy for me to stay on top of their schedules and keep everything running smoothly from morning to night.

In my home, pets get a consistent routine with scheduled walks, playtime, feedings, and plenty of supervised downtime. If I’m caring for a pet in a client’s home, I follow their established routines closely to maintain comfort and familiarity. I always keep communication open with frequent updates, pictures, and notes on how your pet is doing so you feel connected and confident while you’re away.

Pet care is literally the highlight of my day. I plan my mornings and evenings around walks, meals, playtime, and cuddle breaks. I treat pet care like part of my lifestyle — not a chore. If I’m working, I schedule pup breaks throughout the day, and if I’m off, I’m probably outside with a leash in one hand and treats in the other!

- Before booking, I like to understand your pet’s routine and personality so I can give them the best care possible. Helpful things to know include: Daily routine: feeding times, walk schedule, nap habits, and any house rules Behavior traits: are they shy, energetic, anxious, friendly with other dogs, or reactive on walks? Medical needs: medications, allergies, sensitivities, or mobility limitations Crate habits: do they use a crate, and how do they respond to it? Feeding details: portions, restrictions, and whether they guard food Triggers: loud noises, doorbells, other dogs, kids, or anything that causes stress Comfort items: favorite toys, blankets, sleeping spots, or calming techniques Emergency contacts: vet info and preferred emergency plan The more I know upfront, the smoother and more comfortable the stay will be for both your pet and you!
