I ran my own business for 10 years and am taking some time off right now, so my schedule is flexible. I focus on overnight pet sitting, which means I can stay with your fur babies to keep them company, follow their normal routine, and make sure they feel safe and cared for while you’re away.

Keeping your fur babies safe is my top priority. I like to have a list of care instructions so I know exactly what they need, and I always ask for your vet’s contact info just in case. I’ll keep you updated and reach out right away if anything comes up. Since I do overnight stays in your home, I make sure to keep things comfortable and familiar for your fur babies so they feel safe and relaxed while you’re away. Overnight Care Guidelines To ensure a comfortable and successful stay for everyone: • Companion animals sleep in their own beds (I don’t share my bed). • Indoor cameras are turned off during my stay. • Homes are reasonably clean & tidy, and free of strong odors. • Clean linens are provided for my use. • A meet-and-greet is required prior to confirming a booking.

The activities would depend on your companion’s unique personality and energy. Some fur babies love active play or outdoor time, while others prefer quiet companionship, brushing, or simply relaxing nearby. Because I provide overnight care, they will have consistent presence, gentle attention, and a calm environment while you’re away. I aim to bring a peaceful energy into the home so your companions feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for. My goal is that they feel happy, secure, and maybe even a little more relaxed by the time you return.

Hi there! I’ve had cats throughout childhood and through most of my adult life, so caring for animals has always been something I've loved. I’ve also helped out friends and neighbors by pet sitting for their cats and dogs. I've given medication and supplements to my own cats. I’m active and love being outdoors — walking, running, or hiking with a dog sounds like the perfect day to me! Several years ago, I actually had a Rover sitter care for my cat Baby when she was sick. She was very reliable — she kept me updated, showed so much compassion, and gave me total peace of mind. That experience really stuck with me and I aspire to be that same trusted, reliable sitter for others. My own fur babies have since crossed the rainbow bridge, so I don’t currently have pets at home — which means my schedule is flexible and I can give your fur babies my full attention. I’d love to meet your furry family members and make sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. ❤️

Stephanie has taken care of our three cats several times, and each time, we could travel worry-free knowing they were in excellent hands. She is super-conscientious, gentle, kind, neat, and thoughtful. She kept us informed with frequent texts and photos and reported any deviation from their normal behavior, which was all quite reassuring. She pampered the kitties and was very proactive about heading off any potential issues (one of them doesn't get along with the other two). She was so stellar that I bet our cats didn't miss us one bit, which is exactly what we were hoping for. Stephanie is first rate and you'll thank your lucky stars that she is the one taking car of your beloved fur babies.
Stephanie sat my dog Leo and my cats, Billy and Kala, when we were out of town. Leo has severe anxiety issues and doesn't feel comfortable around people he has just been introduced to, but thanks to Stephanie's calm demeanor he was quickly at ease with her. With most pet sitters he will refuse to eat for a couple of days after we leave but this time he even ate his meals regularly, which was amazing. I recommend Stephanie very highly. She is thorough, diligent and you can rest assured your beloved fur babies are in good hands.
Stephanie’s been my neighbor for almost twenty years, and we’ve helped each other care for our pets whenever one of us was out of town — twice daily feeding, walks and playtime. She’s always been dependable, caring, and great with both dogs and cats. She brings the same positive energy to everything she does — from teaching fitness classes to leading a local improv group on sustainable living (that one was for humans only!). She's capable, outgoing and active. I completely trust her with my pets and I wholeheartedly recommend her as a sitter.
