Since we are a homeschool family, we have a very flexible schedule and lifestyle. I can easily do drop-in visits up to three times a day for pets who prefer to stay at home. In our home, pets get tons of attention , playtime, walks, and love throughout the day as well.

Please let me know if your dog gets along well with other dogs. We have a separate area of our home we can use for dogs who require less stimulation and want some time alone too. We have two special needs dogs as well, and understand what’s needed to care for pets like this. I would love to hear all about your pets personality and routine. We have ample space to accommodate most small/medium breed dogs for boarding. At this time we do not board intact males, non-spayed females, or dog/cat aggressive pets. All pets staying at our home need to be ok with children, as well as house trained and crate trained for overnight or quiet time. If your dog is not crate trained, it needs to be house trained and able to stay in a gated room if I run errands. Drop-in visits at your home have no restrictions, as I can care for pets of all types and sizes, including reptile and livestock care.
A typical day
My typical day allows me to check in on your pets at your home. If your dog will be staying with us, it will feel right at home with our family. We have kids who love to play and give them affection. They will explore our property and neighborhood by leash with our dogs, and also have time to relax inside with us. We also have a play yard we set up for pets loving to be off-leash as well, all while supervised.

Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of pets for friends and neighbors since I was a teenager. Since then, I have accrued experience with standard pets, reptiles, and livestock working as a pet sitter for over 20 years. My family loves animals as well, and we volunteer regularly with a local pet rescue. Our quiet neighborhood with a farm setting is the perfect place for your pet to have a relaxing and fun stay when boarding . I also do drop-in visits for the pets who prefer to stay home. Besides tons of experience and love, we have two special needs pups and have extensive experience with elderly pets, special needs pets, and pets needing unique care.
