Stephanie was absolutely incredible, and we couldn’t recommend her more highly. She cared for our dog Skye for a full week, and from the very beginning, her communication stood out. She consistently sent pictures and updates, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. In every photo, Skye looked relaxed, happy, and completely at ease—it was clear she was being genuinely cared for, not just “watched.” One standout perk that made the entire experience even better was that Stephanie handled both pickup and drop-off. That level of convenience made a huge difference for our family and really showed her commitment to providing top-tier service. What truly confirmed everything for us, though, happened at drop-off. When Stephanie brought Skye home, Skye ran to greet us, excited as ever—but the moment Stephanie opened her car door to grab the rest of Skye’s things, Skye jumped right back into the car with her tail wagging. That spoke volumes. It showed us that Skye didn’t just feel safe—she had built a bond and truly loved her time with Stephanie.
