There has never been a time in my life without one or multiple dog companions, as well as other animals including: rodents, birds, reptiles, livestock and cats. I have been a house and animal sitter in the past, but it was predominately for family members. Through the SPCA, I have learned basic behavior training. This includes commands such as: sit, leave it, come and stay. These simple phrases can make a huge difference in a dog's personal safety. Working alongside a veterinarian I was trained in animal first aid and am able to detect the early warning signs of certain ailments. But more than that, I love bringing enrichment to dogs through human interaction and play. I am a great communicator. I try to give more information than necessary, but at the same time respecting an owner's time away from home.

Stephanie has been taking care of my two German Shepherds for a year and a half now. One of them has special needs, and I can leave knowing that everything is in the best of hands!
Stephanie is so patient with my dog that is nervous around new people. She does a great job taking care of my dogs when I am out of town.
I was very nervous to have a pet sitter take care of my older dog while I was out of town but Stephanie couldn’t have been better. My original pet sitter cancelled a week before I was leaving and, thankfully, Stephanie was available and came for a meet and greet that same day. She has great communication and my dog loves her. I highly recommend her!
