We honestly couldn't have asked for a better cat sitter. Steph went so far above and beyond what we expected. She spent lots of quality time with our boy cat, making sure he had company and wasn't just being fed and left. During the heatwave she even came back during the day, without us asking, just to switch on the air conditioning so he stayed cool and comfortable. The biggest thing of all was that our other cat went missing just before our holiday, and she was caught by a neighbour while we were away. As we rushed home, Steph dropped everything to go and collect her and keep her safe until we arrived. That kindness and genuine care meant the world to us. It's so clear she truly loves animals and treats them like her own. Knowing our cats were in her care gave us complete peace of mind, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Thank you for everything Steph, we are so grateful!
Steph is absolutely brilliant with Juno, our Chocolate Labrador. She was happy to come round and meet us all before taking Juno out properly for the first time, and was really patient as Juno got used to the change in her routine. Steph was also excellent at taking on board our specific instructions, and left detailed comments and photos after every walk. We would definitely recommend Steph, and would be happy to book her again.
We returned to find well fed, happy and very well looked after cats. Litter trays were all cleaned out.
Amazing experience with Stephanie! Left my cat in her care for 2 weeks and couldn't have been happier. Communication was great, received daily updates on the app and could see through the pics that my cat was happy. Also on return, the little one was not as needy as he used to be, meaning he received a lot of affection. Would warmly recommend her services!
