Steph is absolutely brilliant with Juno, our Chocolate Labrador. She was happy to come round and meet us all before taking Juno out properly for the first time, and was really patient as Juno got used to the change in her routine. Steph was also excellent at taking on board our specific instructions, and left detailed comments and photos after every walk. We would definitely recommend Steph, and would be happy to book her again.
We returned to find well fed, happy and very well looked after cats. Litter trays were all cleaned out.
Amazing experience with Stephanie! Left my cat in her care for 2 weeks and couldn't have been happier. Communication was great, received daily updates on the app and could see through the pics that my cat was happy. Also on return, the little one was not as needy as he used to be, meaning he received a lot of affection. Would warmly recommend her services!
We'd never used Cat in a Flat before so were a little nervous. However, Stephanie was really good at alleviating our concerns. Super responsive and so patient with our cats. She was absolutely great. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be requesting her services in the future.
