Hey, my name is Steph and I am an animal lover with experience caring for dogs and cats. As a previous dog owner myself, I completely understand the importance of having a sitter who understands your dog's individual needs. I have experience caring for dogs with special dietary requirements, dogs who feel anxious or nervous when playing outside and dogs who generally require extra attention. Therefore, I can adapt my care to your dog's needs and I will ensure they feel secure, happy, and that they receive loads of love and have fun in my care. While staying with me, your doggy will get loads of love and attention, a calm environment, and enjoy walks/plays in the park. When they’re tired, they can take a nap anywhere they’d like or just cuddle up with me on the sofa. During their stay, you will receive loads of pictures, videos and updates from me throughout the day, letting you know how they are and what we’ve been up to. ❗️Important information: - I love all animals and dogs, but due to the size of my flat and proximity to my neighbours, I’m only suitable for pets that can stay calm and quiet indoors (minimal to no barking). - I only host one dog at a time (unless they’re from the same household) - I’m unable to take care of dogs that aren’t toilet/house trained (training pads are fine). - for cat sitting, please provide a scratching post or stand. Daycare Rate & Extended Care Policy: My standard daycare rate covers up to 10 hours of care. For stays longer than 10 hours, I charge my boarding rate, as it involves extended care and additional time and attention. For day cares shorter than 4 hours, I’ll adjust the price so you’re not paying for a full day’s rate. Steph has been perfect for Ryo. She's incredibly understanding of Ryo's characterd, taking great care of Ryo and providing a very comfy home for Ryo while I was away. She regularly sent photos and videos of Ryo and being very respectful of Ryo's schedule. I can see Ryo was sad to leave her when the sit ended which speaks volume. Thank you loads Steph!
Steph looked after our 7 month old puppy Pluto for two weeks while we were on holiday, and we couldn’t be happier with the care provided. She was absolutely fantastic! We got lots of updates everyday of what Pluto was up to. Steph also followed our (very long!) list of instructions, including sticking to sleeping arrangement we use at home (not having Pluto in the bedroom!). We didn’t worry about Pluto at all while we were away thanks to the love and affection we know Steph has for our puppy - forever grateful!
Steph has taken care of our cocker spaniel several times for 1 up to 10 days and I can't recommend her enough. She is caring and responsive and most importantly pup loves spending time with her. Thank you!!!
Steph was amazing with our 4 month old puppy Pluto during his first doggy day care experience! We hadn’t left him alone anywhere other than our own flat. Pluto immediately made himself at home and promptly had a nap when we left which shows how calm and comfortable he was in Steph’s presence. She’s very understanding about his health conditions and training - 100% recommend for any new puppy parents who want to put their minds at ease when they need a sitter.

I currently work from home 3-4 days a week and have a very flexible schedule so I have lots of time to play with your dogs, take them out for a long walk, and potty breaks every 0-2 hours (or as and when needed).

I live in a one bedroom apartment with my husband, David, who also absolutely loves dogs and cats. As David doesn’t work from home, for most bookings (weekday day care and walks), I’ll be the only one taking care of your furry friend. For weekend and boarding bookings, we’ll both be taking care of them. Our flat is in a secured building, with a lift (for those dogs that dislike the stairs), secured garden spaces, and there will be no children or other pets around whilst having yours over (I only host one pet at a time unless they are from the same household).

I do three (or more) short walks per day and also one long walk in the nearby parks. This is all depending on your dog’s specific needs and requirements. I will follow your routine, schedule and training instructions.
