Pet care experience
Experienced & loving!
Hello! My name is Steph and I have been living in Vermont for about 10 years now. I am a young professional who loves animals end enjoy helping others in caring for their pups! I own a mini Australian Shepherd named Oakley who is 6 years old. He joins me on most of my adventures that include running, biking hiking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, and overall just be outside. Spending time in the area I know great spots for pet adventures. I have been dog walking for 8+ years with dogs of all ages & sizes. I am capable of continuing training plans, giving medications, and any other pet needs. Please don't hesitate if you have any questions. I aim to provide the best services possible & I look forward to getting to know you and your fur babies!

Ratings and reviews
Steph did a great job dropping in on our pups while we were away for the day - will definitely book again!

Steph was easy to work with and reliable. She updated me on her Arrival and sent photos of our fur babies. Definitely will be using her again!
Steph is AMAZING with dogs, seriously, it is like she has some kind of gift. She is calm and confident when handling our pup, which is amazing because she can be a lot to handle around others walking their own dogs. She has even taught our Bailey different commands when on walks so that she stays calm around others. Steph knows that Bailey is literally our life and when she takes her she treats her like she is her own and keeps her safe while letting her get her energy out. To our shock after watching her for a week straight she successfully socialized her with about 4 other dogs which was a huge breakthrough for us. On top of all of this her house is perfect to allow our pup to feel like she is truly at home and is treated like part of the family. You cannot go wrong with choosing Steph to watch your fur-baby!
Steph is absolutely wonderful with dogs. She stayed with our chocolate lab when he was a young puppy, and now stays with our two dogs (and any foster dogs we may have) and always shares how excited she is to stay with them. I have zero concerns leaving our pups with her. One of our former foster dogs was deaf, and selective with people and she loved Steph, and our 90-pound chocolate lab is always so excited to see her, which clearly shows the relationship she builds with dogs. We trust her completely, and she is always the first person we look to when we need someone to take care of our pups.

Home characteristics
Safety, trust & environment
I currently live in a town house that has multiple floors & an open floor plan. I do not currently have a fenced in back yard however I live in a quiet neighborhood that’s perfect for walks and have nearby access to multiple trail networks.

A typical day
I typically start my dogs day with a quick walk around the neighborhood. We do breakfast in an enrichment-type bowl or lick mat. We will then typically find one bigger adventure (biking, paddleboarding, hiking) and then will get cozy after that. We typically end the day with dinner/more enrichment. I aim to give my dog the best day possible as often as possible.
