I am a travel nurse and am currently taking some time off between contracts to enjoy some nice weather and play golf! My schedule is wide open and I can be super accommodating to the needs of you and your pets! I do request a meet and greet prior to services to ensure I will be a good fit for yours and your pets needs. I’m willing to be flexible in some circumstances but really think that meeting beforehand should be a priority as it will be the most beneficial for you, your pets and myself!

My pets are my family and I will always want anyone taking care of them or helping me with them to treat them as such. I understand this expectation is placed on me when you choose to use my services and I will always ensure a safe and caring environment for your fur babies. I’m currently unable to offer boarding services as I’m living in a rental right now but am more than happy to come over and safely care for your pets needs (potty breaks/feeding times/companionship/medication administration/etc…). I take extra caution entering and exiting doors to ensure escapes do not happen and I will always dedicate my full and undivided attention to looking after your pets and keeping them safe in my care. Picture and video updates are available to you as often as you’d like and I will always be reachable and quick to communicate with you! I’m beyond excited to get to know you and your pets!🥰

A typical day
A typical day for my pets involves either a walk around the neighborhood to our little playground, or a trip to the dog park to make new furry friends and get all of our energy out! My dogs personally love to play fetch, catch toys, work on tricks and go for rides. I’m willing to provide whatever activities you and your furry friends consider most beneficial and will always do so in a safe and controlled manor!

Hi everyone!! My name is Steph and I am a travel NICU nurse and an animal enthusiast! I am new to Rover, but am not new to caring for animals! I have grown up with pets my entire life and have been a multi-pet owner for years now. I’ve owned dogs, cats, lizards, rabbits, Guinea pigs, fish, turtles and hermit crabs! I have trained all of my current pets and also bathe/groom/trim the nails of all of my pets myself. I have also done pet sitting for friends and family both in my house and in their houses. I understand that pets are family and I have every intention of treating your furry friends like I do my own family pets! I have experience with crate-training, leash training and teaching basic commands/tricks to dogs. I also own a cat who we took in as a stray and have trained her not to scratch furniture or other objects in the house. I have experience with administration of medication to cats and dogs, and am very willing to learn if there are any special needs your pets have that I haven’t yet experienced for myself. I know the anxiety that having to leave a pet behind during a trip, or even just a long work day, can cause and will do everything in my power to alleviate the stress of those separations for both you and your animals at home! I’m so excited to meet you and your pets, and hopefully become a part of your fur family🤍🐾

Steph was absolutely amazing. She’s been coming by for drop in visits to let my pup out for the past month or so and has been a life saver. Steph was so communicative with her availability and 100% responsive if I had any questions or concerns about when she’d be available. She was also always on time, never missed a day and took like a million amazing pics of Odin playing. I just wish I could’ve seen how excited he was to see her come in because I know he had a blast with her every time. Steph is incredible and I would 1000% recommend her to anyone!
Steph is amazing! She was very communicative and took a ton of great photos of my animals.
Steph is the best! I still only feel comfortable if she is watching my dog! Her yard is set up safely so my dog could never run away, she is experienced with crate trained dogs and comfortable walking larger dogs. Was also great at handling my 80lb 1 year old pup who still hadn’t learned all of his manners! haha. Couldn’t recommend her enough!!
Steph is a true animal-lover, and would absolutely love taking care of your pets! She has watched our two dogs and rabbit numerous times, and has always done a great job! She is great at walking dogs, feeding, playing with and loving on dogs, rabbits and cats and is a very conscientious person in general. You will not be disappointed!
