Every time our puppy Pippin comes back from Steph and Jules she is in such a great mood! They take fantastic care on her and dote on her. Both of them are very contentious and ask loads of questions to make sure they are giving her the best care every time. We really couldn’t recommend them more highly 😊

Luna stayed with Steph for a couple of days while we were away. With Luna being quite nervous of new people, I am always a little bit anxious when leaving her with somebody for the first time, but I needn't have worried as Steph was brilliant. We had a meet and greet a few days before Luna was due to stay and Steph immediately put me at ease - she didn't try to rush Luna and happily followed our suggestion to ignore her until Luna felt more comfortable with her. Over the weekend we got lots of lovely photos and it was clear that Luna had settled in very quickly! Would highly recommend Steph to anyone and we certainly hope to use her for boarding again!
I felt so reassured having Steph look after my fur baby! They made sure he had everything he needed, really responsive and sent detailed updates. I will be booking again and can’t recommend enough. They respected my cats boundaries and within a few days he started showing them his belly, sitting on their lap and that says a lot as he’s usually standoffish even with some family members!
Hugo and Lilly returned happy and relaxed . We were kept up to date with photos and messages so we knew they were happy as it was their first stay . They cannot wait to stay again already!

Schedule
We have flexible working arrangements and can tailor our work hours to your pet care. The weekends vary but most of the time we are flexible to work around schedules.

Safety, trust & environment
Your fur babies will be given a lot of room to play in our living room which is bigger than an average London living room. If needed, we can also accommodate your pet to sleep with us in our bedrooms in their own beds for maximum comfort and security 🤍
A typical day
We are surrounded by plenty of greenery and parks to walk your lovely pets, as well as living next door to a very friendly dog that we look after on a regular basis. We love playing with pets indoors and will bring out the toys and endless belly rubs to make them feel loved and welcomed in their new temporary home 💕
