My work is hybrid which will allow me to be at home more with your pet when they stay with me. Whilst with me, they can expect two walks a day, and if they’re more energetic I’m happy taking them on runs with me. I live in a little village so there’s plenty of routes we can do. I have two small gated gardens and so long as it’s not too cold or raining outside, the door will remain open most of the day so your dog can run in and out as they please. I’m also happy to take your dog on errands that I run as I have a car hammock for the back seats of my car. Your dog must be good with other dogs, kids, house trained, and confirmation that your dog receives flea, tick, and worming treatments on a monthly basis please.

My WFH days are flexible so please check if I initially appear unavailable. If I am required to go into the office I will advise you on booking / with as much notice as possible. If you’re happy covering the cost I’m also happy taking your dog to an enclosed field where they can be let off the lead and run around for 50 minutes.

Information Steph S. would like to know about your pet
As I have friends who bring their kids round I am unable to accept dogs with behavioural issues unfortunately, your dog must be house trained, and not anxious to the point where they can’t be left alone without barking/crying. Your dog must be good with other dogs / kids, and also be in receipt of monthly flea and tick treatment. For safety reasons I won’t let dogs off their lead when I take them for walks, however, if you’re willing to cover the cost I can take them to a local field that’s fully enclosed where they can run off the lead at will for 50 minutes. Could I also ask if your dog falls into the large category, just because of how strong they can be I can only accept if they come with a harness with an anti-pull clip on the front.
A typical day
When your dog stays with me they can expect two walks a day. I'm also happy to take them running with me if they're on the energetic side, Also happy to do tricks with your dog (also to try teach them some tricks) and enrichment such as sniff blankets.

I absolutely love dogs. We had a number of dogs both growing up and had a pet of my own since living on my own, so I have a variety of experience. Currently I don't have a dog of my own but I'd love to help take care of yours.

Steph was great looking after my dog, Fred. She was well prepared, asked relevant questions upfront to make sure it would be a good match and she could adapt to his individual needs. I appreciated her communication during the stay and Fred came home happy!
