We have never employed the services of a pet-sitter for Bracken, and weren't sure how she would cope, being an anxious girl. However, we need not have worried. Steph sent us multiple updates during the day, and it was clear from Bracken's relaxed attitude when we arrived, that she had thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We would definitely trust Steph with Bracken again.
Nobody could be a better than Steph. She's such a joy to have in our lives. She's knowledgeable, confident, and capable. My two pets love her! I can relax knowing she is caring for my pets the way I do. I recommend her.
Looked after Sheba brilliantly, kept me updated everyday and sent me some smashing pics as well. Sheba looked well chilled and relaxed when I got home, it was as if she was the one who had had a little break!!

Steph is reliable and truly cares for pets! She is diligent and responsive. I come back to both my dog and cat very happy in a clean environment. Steph goes the extra mile to ensure my pets are happy and have all their needs met. In this hot weather, she has ensured that plenty of water was provided, the air conditioner and Velux window used to create the most comfort and health of my pets. I am certain that I will continue to book Steph! She's a star!
Steph is absolutely amazing, extremely friendly and welcoming. One of my cats is diabetic and both are ex-strays so I was a little worried about leaving them with someone they didn't know well. But Steph sent constant updates every feeding time and my boys absolutely adored her. The house was left exactly how we left it as well.
