Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’m currently serving in the Navy while attending college, and I bring that same level of discipline, reliability, and attention to detail into my work with animals. I specialize in working with dogs who need a little extra patience and understanding. I trained my golden retriever, Eleanor, from severe anxiety, she couldn’t even tolerate a leash at first, to becoming a confident, happy dog through consistent, positive reinforcement. That experience taught me how to read body language, build trust, and adapt to each dog’s unique personality. Whether your dog is energetic, shy, or needs structure, I provide safe, attentive, and engaging walks tailored to their needs. I care for pets by maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible, whether in my home or a client’s home. I follow all instructions carefully, including feeding schedules, walk times, medications if needed, and any specific preferences. In a client’s home, I make sure the environment stays clean, safe, and stress-free, and I respect the space as if it were my own. I pay close attention to each dog’s behavior and body language to ensure they’re comfortable, especially for dogs who may be anxious or adjusting. In my own home, I provide a structured, calm environment with plenty of supervision, exercise, and positive interaction. I prioritize safety at all times and never leave pets unattended in situations that could be stressful or unsafe. I also keep owners updated with regular messages and photos so they feel confident and connected while they’re away.

Schedule
Caring for dogs is something I naturally build into my day. I already plan my routine around my own dog, Eleanor, so adding walks, playtime, and check-ins for other dogs fits in seamlessly. I’m used to staying consistent with schedules, and I make sure every dog gets the time, attention, and care they need. It’s something I genuinely enjoy, not just something I fit in.
