Stella did a great job with Ruby. Good communication and Ruby ate both of her meals when Stella was here which is uncommon, she normally goes on a little hunger strike with new dog sitters, Ruby must have really liked Stella.

Stella was stellar, upon our return the house was clean and our pet Otis was well taken care of. I will definitely use Stella again. In the future I will be much more at ease knowing Stella is taking care of our precious pet and house.

Absolutely Unacceptable Experience - Total Invasion of Privacy I have never been so disappointed, shocked, or disrespected by a pet sitter in my life. I hired Stella to stay at my home with my 2 dogs for 4 days while I was away, expecting basic professionalism, respect for my space, and of course, proper care of my dogs. What I returned to was nothing short of outrageous. Not only did Stella consume/take enough food to noticeably clear out my fridge, freezer and pantry- food that was clearly not intended for a guest- but she also went through personal cabinets and drawers, rummaging through private areas of my home that had absolutely nothing to do with pet care. To make matters worse, she used my expensive skin care products and cosmetics, as if she were staying at a hotel or helping herself to a spa day at my expense. This was a blatant violation of trust, privacy, and personal boundaries and makes me feel uneasy about letting anyone stay in my home again. The level of entitlement and disregard this sitter displayed is completely unacceptable, especially when her response to my message regarding my disappointment in her behavior was "I guess I just don't think about it"- whatever that is supposed to mean. While my pets thankfully seem to be fine, I cannot in good conscience recommend Stella to anyone. Rover needs to do a much better job screening sitters if this is the kind of behavior that can slip through the cracks. This also makes me suspicious of all the 5-star reviews that most of the sitters seem to have on Rover. Buyer beware, I suppose. TLDR: AVOID USING STELLA AT ALL COSTS

We were very thankful to have Stella stay at our home for 10 days with our 14 year-old retriever, Sadie. Stella was very diligent about following the instructions for the care of Sadie, and our home and yard. She was very dependable about being on time for our initial meeting and the beginning of the sit, and she was willing to be flexible in the event of an unexpected travel delay. She was excellent about communicating with us and sending pictures, and she left the house very clean.

Stella was great. Came out before hand for a "meet and greet" with the dog. During her stay, she provided updates on how my dog was doing. She also administered his medicine as I had asked. I came back to a clean home. Would use her again.
