I Love Spending Time With Dogs!
Pet sitting professionally has been a part of my life since soon after deciding to learn to love myself and ended up becoming something better than I expected. Especially after joining Rover and sticking with my niche of house sitting, because I get to spend enough time with the dogs I am looking after to get to know them and what makes them one-of-a-kind. Giving them individualized care and receiving their unique type of love is an exchange that is heartwarming, inspiring and uplifting. We truly bring out the best in each other; sharing so many happy memories with my furry friends has brought so much meaning and fulfillment to my life! I rely on the instructions from my clients, the knowledge I have from looking after homes and pets over the years and the unique bond I share with pooches having spent so many years of my life stuck in baby trauma, navigating my life based on energy, to do a great job. My hope is that my clients have peace of mind while away knowing their pooches and I are having a fun time together in the place where they are at home. Plus, the artist in me cannot help but take photos of the dogs I stay with. I especially love the pictures that quickly make a person smile. Brightening someone’s day is so much fun!

Safety, trust & environment
Your dog(s) and home are safe with me. I am proactive in asking a lot of questions at the meet and greet to make sure I have the knowledge I need about your pooch(es) and house rules to fulfill this promise and build a trusting relationship with both you and your canine(s). Additionally, I will touch base before subsequent trips to ensure that the transition of care as you leave and return home is as seamless as possible and to learn about any updates since the last time I looked after your dog(s) in your abode.

Another fantastic housesitting stay for our 15 month old dog, Bettina! Stella is super responsible and personable, and, importantly, keeps our active dog busy. Our house looked much cleaner than we left it, and we received detailed notes and photos. Bettina was wild with affection when Stella arrived. I think that says it all!!
Stella was absolutely wonderful in every way. She adored Lola and was very attentive to her needs and schedule. She was also very organized and got lots of input before I left to go out of town. She sent great pictures and updates, which put me right at ease. We will be booking Stella again, for sure!
Stella did a wonderful job taking kind care of our high energy dog for the weekend! She provided updates and photos, and even took her on excursions. We would definitely hire her again.
Stella is amazing! She has helped out with drop ins last minute and the pups are always happy to see her!

Schedule
Whether I am sitting with dogs in their homes, creating graphic art that hopefully inspires others to practice self-love or finishing up learning how to enjoy being human, all of my work is interconnected. I have the freedom to work on my laptop in my clients' homes and enough flexibility in my schedule to make sure the pooches I stay with are happy with the care that I give them; the one requirement I have is the dogs I sit with are comfortable being left alone for 3 hours; and depending on the location of their home relative to mine, possibly 4 hours.
