I have grown up around animals my whole life, from the greyhound that watched over me as a baby to the college cats I lived with to the two adorable dogs I have now. I love taking care of animals, because they do so much for us. When I look after an animal(s), not only to I make sure we both have fun (playtime and a treat or two) but also stay healthy and safe. I would take your pets on loving walks, going out to dog parks to make lots of friends, and making sure they stay well behaved. I have no problem cleaning up after them whether outside or inside the house. I am adept at dealing with more than one dog or pet at once, and I would make sure your pet has a good time. I've spent my lives around dogs, from the ones I've had to my friends' dogs and cats that I would watch. I worked at Petco for two years in highschool/college, so I have experience with training dogs, grooming animals, cleaning up after them, and what products are best for them.

Unfortunately, I cannot have animals in my current apartment- I am only available for home visits. My first priority is making sure your pet is comfortable with me in their space- I take my cues from them. Based on their behaviors, I make sure to fit their needs, whether that's space or lots of cuddles or playtime.

I definitely recommend Stella! She watched our dog Apollo, an 80-lb American bulldog, for two weeks at our house in NJ. We were able to relax knowing he had such a great person watching him! Right before we left, he got a UTI, and she was so great with giving him his antibiotics. She provided great updates, took great care of our house, and it made me really happy that he was with someone who loves dogs so much.
Stella had an extended stay with our pup and she was so wonderful at making sure our baby felt comfortable while we were gone. It was our first time being away so we were understandably anxious about how Philomena would do but Stella sent us loads of updates, photos and videos. Our pup had a wonderful staycation all thanks to her!!!
Stella was friendly, punctual and handled our goblin of a dog phenomenally during her walk. ❤️👏
